Responsible for
primary pastoral care including:
Teaching Ministry, Priestly Ministry, Prayer Ministry, Visitation
Ministry, Counseling Ministry and Extension Ministry.
Responsible for executive administration including:
Staff supervision, staff evaluation, staff deployment, Ministry
planning, organizational supervision, denominational participation,
community relations, and serves as the Chief Administrative Officer.
Responsible for worship leadership including:
Worship planning for the 8:20, 9:45, and 11:00 services.
Order of service, sermon preparation, preaching, worship team meetings,
special services, and printed material for services.
Oversees total program of ministries
Responsible for leadership development including:
Visioning, futuring and strategic planning. Facilitating congregational
dialogue. Lay leadership recruitment, training, deployment, encouragement
and evaluation. Spiritual maturity of members. Financial health
and stewardship of the congregation.
