Because we are called and seek to be Christ-Centered
. . .
By Gods grace we are working toward physical
and spiritual health and the well-being of our lives as children
of God and our life together.
We are collectively committed to the health
and well-being of our congregation.
Empowered by the Holy Spirit,
we will tend to the means of grace individually and as a team.
We are committed to pray for one another,
for the congregation and for our work together in ministry.
Specifically we will pray for our monthly prayer partner on the
team.
We seek to provide leadership and resources so
that all lives connected to White Plains may experience and share
both the love of God
and growth on the road to discipleship.
We choose to trust each member of our team.
We will speak openly and honestly to one another,
going to our sister or brother directly with a concern.
We will listen with respect
and give the input of each member of the team a fair hearing.
We will keep sensitive or confidential information
private.
We refuse to gossip about team members. Instead
we will support and stand up for them, presenting a united vision
of ministry.
With Gods help we will contribute our best
to the efforts of the team.
